Large Pipe & Intake Cleaning System
Reduce costs with our revolutionary,
patented freshwater intake cleaning system.
Our revolutionary fresh water large pipe and intake cleaning system is unrivaled in the industry, and our clients’ results will back that claim. We recently implemented our process at several municipalities in Illinois, Wisconsin, and New Jersey. The results and cost savings related to this project can be obtained from our client upon request.
Works on Any Diameter Pipe
Save Time and Money
No Damage to Pipes or Lines
Our process utilizes a variety of water pumps and or air compressors to create a turbulent water flow through a pipe of any large diameter and of any length. This produces a vortex that acts as a scrubbing vehicle on concrete, HDPE,PVC, steel or ductile iron piping.
The powerful combination of air and the velocity of water forced through a custom made manifold under high volume loosens and removes debris from the piping systems – such as zebra mussels, sand, silt and various natural materials such as methane and other bacterial forming substances. The scrubbing action works without damaging interior pipe walls or secondary piping, such as suction lines or chlorine lines. Removed debris can then be safely contained with proven methods such as silt screening, or can be distributed into open water.
Our system has been proven effective on any pipe intake or discharge. Please contact Frank Frosolone for references on our patented process.
Clarity statement: The force cleaning of a pipe to remove debris in a reverse or forward direction is dependent on the connection location for said water system or pipe location.
Before Cleaning
Thirty-six inch intake before cleaning, could not even get a GoPro camera into the pipe.
Cleaning in Process
Note the amount of debris and methane gas being extracted from this intake.
After Cleaning
One hundred year old thirty-six inch intake cleaned 98%, operating like new!
